Spiderman Cake and First Communion Cake

I made these 2 cakes this past weekend.

Spiderman Cake

Vanilla cake with Oreo creamcheese filling,
covered in fondant. Gumpaste cutouts and buttercream webs.

First Communion Bible Cake

Half chocolate with chocolate fudge filling,
half vanilla with strawberry creamcheese filling,
covered in fondant. Fondant accents.

Mario Kart Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes this week for a little girl who loves Mario Kart!

And I thought they looked so yummy without the
toppers too that I couldn't resist taking a picture!

Pink Puppy Cookies!!!

As I said in the previous post, my daughter loves puppies! So what better fitting than pink puppy cookies for her to take to school for her birthday!

Sugar cookies iced in royal icing.

Littlest Pet Shop Ice Cream Cake

My daughter turned 7 and she loves ice cream cakes, puppies and Littlest Pet Shop, so why not make something with all 3!

Chocolate and Peanut butter ice cream cake.
1 layer of chocolate ice cream, 1 layer of peanut butter cup
ice cream with crushed Oreo's and fudge between the 2 layers.
Iced in tinted whipped cream. Gumpaste cut out.

Sorry I've been slacking with posting pictures lately! I did take a small break from cake making while we were figuring out what we were doing with our house, but I'm back!

My son, Zachary, loves McQueen, so even though he doesn't go to school I still made some cookies for him :)

Ice Cream Cake!!

I had a request to make an ice cream cake since the little boy wasn't a fan of cake. I have an ice cream maker so I thought why not give it a try!

1 layer of vanilla ice cream, 1 layer of chocolate
ice cream with a layer of crushed Oreo's and a
layer of chocolate fudge in between. Iced in whip cream.
Yum! Gumpaste figures and cut outs.



I had some leftover ice cream so I made a small one for us to enjoy! Yum!
