Littlest Pet Shop Ice Cream Cake

My daughter turned 7 and she loves ice cream cakes, puppies and Littlest Pet Shop, so why not make something with all 3!

Chocolate and Peanut butter ice cream cake.
1 layer of chocolate ice cream, 1 layer of peanut butter cup
ice cream with crushed Oreo's and fudge between the 2 layers.
Iced in tinted whipped cream. Gumpaste cut out.

Ice Cream Cake!!

I had a request to make an ice cream cake since the little boy wasn't a fan of cake. I have an ice cream maker so I thought why not give it a try!

1 layer of vanilla ice cream, 1 layer of chocolate
ice cream with a layer of crushed Oreo's and a
layer of chocolate fudge in between. Iced in whip cream.
Yum! Gumpaste figures and cut outs.



I had some leftover ice cream so I made a small one for us to enjoy! Yum!
